Scrapbook for Polar Bear Adventure
(Churchill, Manitoba, Canada)

After worship and fellowship in Winnipeg, MB,
our flight took us 3 hours north . . .

to Churchill on the edge of Hudson Bay . . .

with accommodations at Lazy Bear Lodge . . . owner, Wally, was our guide.

Around the town of Churchill, we saw . . .

Churchill River and the old fort.	The Polar Bear jail and bear traps.

Went dog sledding . . .

relaxed at the lodge . .

had good dinners and fellowship.

With Wally as our guide, we spent two days on the tundra
searching for Polar Bears; our search was rewarded.

We kept warm, had food and good fellowship.

We saw an Arctic fox on the hunt.

We saw a young caribou.

And we saw Ptarmigan in white winter coat.

This land of the north has a rare beauty . . surely from our Creator's hand.
