OBERAMMERGAU, Germany, site of the PASSION PLAY, presented by the town residents, every decade since it began in 1634. Clear skies today, enough clouds for interest and a gentle breeze for a comfortable walk around this quaint woodcarvers village prepared to keep its promise to God for sparing them from the plaque of 1633.
Scene by scene, Old Testament still images correlated to New Testament vignettes. Panel by panel, each depicted the tragedy of sin and the need for God's plan to bridge the gap between Himself and human kind. Woven through each part was the theme of God's great love for man.

TOUR MEMBERS SAID...
“I thought there was a nice balance of Anabaptist history, secular history, places of interest, shopping and variety of eating places. There was so much to enjoy scenery, church service, Rhine River cruise, canal boat ride and meeting new people.”
- Esther (MI)
“Having traveled for years in groups, I can truly attest this was the best tour yet and not just because it was our Honeymoon. Each and every moment was filled with culture, tastes, smells, sounds and experiences that satisfied the wanderlust in most of us and the Mennonite pocketbook.”
- Bob & Susan (OH)
“I especially wanted to the see the Passion Play. Some of it brought tears to my eyes.”
- Dolorez (IL)
“We can’t imagine fitting more experiences within these 14 days.”
- Lester & Millie (PA)
